What We Do
DÖRKEN, a global supplier of high-performance coatings for fasteners and other steel components, is proud to have a display at Booth 1511. Headquartered in Germany with Technical Centers in the USA, China, and Asia-Pacific, DÖRKEN is a specialist in the development of zinc-flake coating systems. In response to the potential ban of PFAS by the EU and the regional restrictions on PFAS which have already been enacted, DÖRKEN has introduced PFAS-Free coating products under the brand names, DÖRKEN® BASE, DÖRKEN® SEAL, and DÖRKEN® TOP. These innovative coatings are an addition to the company’s PFAS-Free portfolio which includes the products: DELTA-PROTEKT® KL 100, DELTA-PROTEKT® TC 502 GZ, DELTA-PROTEKT® TC 500 GZ, and DELTA-LUBE® 50. The PFAS-Free coating systems from DÖRKEN have been approved for use on a multitude of applications including those with the most stringent performance requirements for friction control, real world corrosion resistance, and functionality. In addition, the performance of these coating systems is achieved with a thin coating layer structure that is sustainable, resource efficient, and suitable for small, large and complex components.
